s2 Pickleball Membership – Cancellation & Suspension Policy
Effective January 2025

1. Membership Term
All memberships are a 12-month commitment, whether paid in full or monthly. You are responsible for the full annual amount.

2. Early Cancellation
You may cancel early, but:

• A fee of 50% of the remaining balance will apply

• All remaining charges + fees must be paid before cancellation is finalized

• We may charge the card on file for any outstanding balance

3. No Refunds

• Memberships are non-refundable

• No prorating for unused time

• Not using your membership doesn’t pause or cancel payments

4. Medical Suspension Only
We allow temporary holds for medical reasons only:

• Requires a doctor’s note with dates

• Max of 3 months per year

• Travel, work, or moving do not qualify

5. Fee Waivers (Limited Cases)
Early cancellation fees may be waived for:

• Serious medical conditions preventing play long-term

• Relocation more than 30 miles away
  (Documentation required. Approval is at S2’s discretion.)

6. Auto-Renewal
Memberships automatically renew for another 12 months unless canceled before your renewal date.

8. Agreement
By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.
